Gambaran Faktor Penyebab Multidrug-Resistent Tuberkulosis (Mdr-Tb) di RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan Tahun 2022

 Introduction : Multidrug-resistant TB (MDR TB) is a type of that resistant to at least two the first-line antimicrobials, isoniazid (INH) and rifampin (RMP), with or without resistance other antimicrobials. The factors causing MDR-TB were age, gender, education level, income, occupation, medication adherence, knowledge, attitudes, stigma, smoking habits, role PMO, side effects treatment.Purpose This study aims identify causative multidrug tuberculosis in Haji Adam Malik General Hospital Medan 2022.Method used descriptive research design. Sampling this purposive sampling technique, respondents 27 peopleResult results obtained from description Causes Multidrug-Resistant Tuberculosis 2022 aged 36-45 8 people (29.6%), 16 men (59.3%), 11 high school graduates (40.7%), working as self-employed many 9 (33.3%), low income 17 (62.96%), PMO good (100%), There are Drug Side Effects 25 (92.6%), Obedient taking 20 (74.7%), knowledge Good Attitude 22 (81.48%), Low Community Stigma (59.26%), Patients Height 15 (55.56%). Conclusion It hoped can be source information materials increase patient knowledge.
